Had precision come out and do my roof and the crew went above and beyond wasn’t really sure what direction to go in color wise and left it in Brandon’s hands and it turned out great. So when it came down to doing our rental we went ahead and gave him a call he came out promptly had us an estimate within 24 hours for our roof trim and gutters. Price was right and worked in a few other things we need to finsh this project with out a issue. Was very knowledgeable and walked us through some questions we had on finshing up some other projects. 1st off Precision roofing was cheaper by over $1,000 from any of my estimates. They also offered a large warranty if I decided to use certain Owen’s Corning products. When I contacted Precision they sent a salesman out within a day! The salesman that came out actually got on my roof and inspected it (which no other company did…they all sat in their trucks in front of my house awkwardly, till they had their estimate ready) as a man in home remodeling myself I really appreciated that. After, I agreed to use Precision they set up a date to install my new roof and showed up on time and ready to work! I was their second install of the day which surprised me. They showed up and got right to work. They all worked together as a team nicely and efficiently. I was also surprised that they finished in one day and had my yard looking spotless!
