Very affordable and excellent work…The cleanup afterwords says a lot abt this company…I highly recommend them
They installed a roof and gutters on my house. They both turned out great. Full crew arrived for roof and were all pleasant and hard workers. The gutter crew worked hard into the night, returned the next day and finished. The owner and is wife are both courteous and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone. Reliable, good work and personable. Can’t ask for more than that.
Brandon and his crew did a phenomenal job on our building! They fixed the wooden facade, power washed the walls, tuckpointed the bricks, then painted the building! We could not be happier with the results and recommend Precision Remodeling and Property Maintenance for anyone in need of their services!
We’re extremely happy with our home remodel! The team was professional, hardworking, and attentive to detail. Our home looks beautiful, and we highly recommend them for quality remodeling work!
By far the best company around! They were quick to come give me a free estimate without feeling pressured to move forward. They show up on time, ensure your property is protected and throughly clean after. There’s truly no reason to look any further, you’ll get the best going with them! I had my home and garage roofs completely replaced and will definitely contact them again for future renovations.
My wife and I hired Precision to do the siding on our house. When the job was complete, we were so impressed that we hired them again to do work on our garage. Brendan and his crew are very friendly and professional, and Amanda in the office was very pleasant to work with. If my family or friends need work done, this will be the company that I will recommend them. Thank you Precision for doing a great job.
I had my roof and siding done by Precision remodeling. I was really impressed with the process from start to end. I had around 7 other companies come out for quotes, but Precision just checked all the boxes. Amanda and Brandon were easy to work with. They have great communication and their crew works hard, efficient amd cleaned up well. I highly recommend this company.
I would give 10 ⭐️ to this outstanding company! The owners are amazing and on top of their game, kind, courteous And efficient. Their workers are exemplary, they got the job done in record time and left my property cleaner then when they arrived. I could not be happier with the work they did and I completely love my new roof. An absolute joy to work with this company. From Brandon's initial estimate and thorough explanation of the work to the finished roof and gutters, top notch. Fantastic office support from Amanda in supplying shingle samples and examples of their work for me to see. Answered my many questions and honored my requests. Very friendly, courteous and accommodating staff. I very highly recommend Precision Roofing.
I personally reached out to Brandon after multiple people had recommended him. I needed help for one of my customer's for a roof evaluation. Needless to say he was very prompt, responsive and able to do the evaluation the same day for her as it was a very time sensitive. I truly appreciated his time and helping on such a short notice. He also offered as a courtesy to maintenance, if needed, since she is an older lady. It showed me how caring, reliable, prompt, and efficient he is as a person and business owner. Especially with a time sensitive need for her. Thank you so much Brandon and Precision Remodeling and Property maintenance!

Had a fantastic experience with Precision Remodeling. I needed a window replaced in order to sell a home. Brandon and his guys came out the next day and knocked the job out. Very professional and great craftsmanship. Definitely will be using this company again in the future.
From the get go when I started speaking with Brandon about getting a new roof and gutters he made the process really easy. Brandon at no point was pushy with his sales and was very helpful with my questions. Brandon and his crew came out and was able to complete my whole roof and install gutters in one day. Throughout the day his crew did an amazing job making sure the site was clean. After finishing they did a very thorough job walking my yard checking for any nails or debris they might have missed. The roof and gutters turned out amazing and we will definitely use Precision Remodeling and Property Maintenance for our future projects. Thank you
Good quality work. Pays attention to detail and gets the job done right. Built a lean-to off my garage and it’s great. I get compliments on it all the time.
Quality affordable work! You guys showed up on time, did a great job, plus a little extra! 100% recommended.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Precision Remodeling! They came out to do caulk and trim repairs on my roof and also noticed chimney issues and damaged shingles that could become bigger problems down the road. They took the time to explain what they found and genuinely cared about helping me take care of my home. What really stood out to me was how honest, professional, and reasonable they were. I never felt pressured or like they were trying to sell me something I didn’t need. I am calling them soon to schedule the chimney and other repairs, and I will recommend them to my friends and family!
What a great company and awesome owners! They do wonderful work and are a family owned business! I will always use them when I need work done!
Brandon and his team came in to a basically completely rotten store front and was able to bring it back to life. Salvaging the charm of the design and woodworking while ensuring it was fresh and clean. His team and himself worked quickly and effectively. They did an outstanding job and I couldn’t recommend them more. A family ran business that is truly built on maintaining strong relationships and trust within his clients and his team.
Precision was in the area of Lincoln Park after a storm had hit. There was damage to my parents roof, and he stepped in to help them remove the debris without charge. I highly recommend this company! I truly appreciate this company for helping my senior parents.
These guys had to battle extreme heat and wasps, lots of wasps. They did a great job and managed to add an artistic Flair to our front bump outs. We couldn't be happier. Great job.
brandon was great to deal with, very upfront and honest, did not try to over sell or over push to “sign now to lock in the price”. amanda was wonderful to deal with, super helpful for all my questions. nice to support a local family business, with a price better than other quotes. brandon made sure the crew cleaned up every nail and bit of trash. would recommend based off my experience!
I have been very impressed, from the first phone call, the very reasonable quote, the excellent communication, the prompt service, the team of very hard workers, the thorough clean up, and the beautiful new roof which they just completed. Precision will be my first stop for siding and gutters in the near future. I highly recommend, without any reservation.
As a retired senior who has worked in Banking, major Auto Company (30 yrs) and Real Estate (part time to date), I know about customer satisfaction, based on my experiences: “I highly recommend PRECISION REMODELING AND PROPERTY MAINTENANCE”; It is a pleasure to meet a young couple with your high standards, passed to staff of respect and consideration for the customer. You recommend the best materials and your team provides quality workmanship with a determination to complete the jobs (more than one) in a timely scheduled manner. You have well exceeded my expectations.

Absolutely A+++ workmanship and service, from start to finish this was by far the best experience I had dealing with a roofing company. The job was done within 48 hours of me making the call to Brandon and his team respected my property, the cleanup was immaculate, not a nail or debris anywhere on my property. Highly recommend.
Brandon was very knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process of a new roof install. Roof came with 15yr workmanship warranty as well as a limited lifetime warranty through Owens Corning The price was fair and the work was exceptional. The ground cleanup was top notch and I’m very pleased. I referred him to my sister for her new roof and plan on doing business with Precision in the future.

I needed my roof repaired from storm damage. Brandon responded immediately and had someone fixing my roof within just a few hours on the same day. They did an excellent job! I highly recommend this company.
Brandon and his crew have done several jobs for me and their work has been exceptional. I couldn’t be more happy with the new deck they created. Also, they fixed a problem with a leak around the chimney which had been a problem for years and no one else was able to fix correctly. Next, I’m going to have him replace a door wall. Anything I have asked Brandon to do he and his team have delivered. Trust me when I say if you need anything done, give Brandon a call. You won’t be disappointed.
Always a pleasure to do business with this company. I have had the privilege of working with the owner for over 10 years. He has consistently provided me with exceptional service. As the owner of my own real estate company, with multiple properties, I have utilized his services for various repairs and renovations. His expertise has been invaluable in completing roof jobs, garage repairs, and even constructing a custom pantry. This company has proven to be a reliable partner for my business, and I look forward to continuing our professional relationship for years to come.
Brandon and his crew did a great job installing a new roof and gutters to our home. His crew was very professional and were always cleaning the site as the day went by. At the end of the day they did a great job walking around the site picking up any nails that might have fell onto the ground. A few days later Brandon came back out to the home to make sure everything was done correctly and to double check their work. I strongly recommend using Precision Remodeling for any work you need done around your property.
Great company. Brandon is honest and reliable. does what he says he's gonna do. completed a few jobs with us with zero money up front. paid when he finished.
Brandon and crew sided and roofed our garage! They also did the roof on my past house. Quick and easy, no complaints! Great prices!
1st off Precision roofing was cheaper by over $1,000 from any of my estimates. They also offered a large warranty if I decided to use certain Owen’s Corning products. When I contacted Precision they sent a salesman out within a day! The salesman that came out actually got on my roof and inspected it (which no other company did…they all sat in their trucks in front of my house awkwardly, till they had their estimate ready) as a man in home remodeling myself I really appreciated that. After, I agreed to use Precision they set up a date to install my new roof and showed up on time and ready to work! I was their second install of the day which surprised me. They showed up and got right to work. They all worked together as a team nicely and efficiently. I was also surprised that they finished in one day and had my yard looking spotless! Highly recommended!!!
Very affordable and excellent work…The cleanup afterwords says a lot abt this company…I highly recommend them 👊😎
5 stars all the way! Professional honest, fast, fairly priced, and excellent craftsmanship. Did a fantastic clean up job. My new Owens Corning roof looks beautiful. Can't recommend them enough!

Precision Remodeling helped make that vision come to life! They completely transformed the façade of our building. From the power washing and tuck pointing to the incredible paint job, they paid attention to every detail, and the difference is absolutely incredible. It honestly looks like a whole new building! They did a phenomenal job, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. 👏🏼 And what makes it even more special is that they are right next door to us and are a family-owned business themselves. There’s just something special about supporting another local family and working with people who take genuine pride in what they do. We had an excellent experience with Precision! From the very beginning, Brandon and Amanda were easy to talk to and genuinely down-to-earth. There was no high-pressure sales pitch or trying to sell us things we didn't need. The owner (Brandon) came out personally, answered all of our questions, and explained the entire roofing process clearly and honestly—without taking two hours like some other companies we talked to. One thing we really appreciated is that they use their own employees instead of subcontractors, which gave us a lot of confidence in the quality of the work. They also offered good financing options that made the project much more manageable. Our house and garage roof were both completed in a single day, and the crew did a fantastic job cleaning up the yard afterward. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend Precision Remodeling to anyone needing a new roof, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any of the other services they offer!
Brandon and his crew did a great job installing my new roof. Brandon was very knowledgeable and took the time to go over every step of the process with me. Brandon and his crew were very professional, fast and thorough. They installed a beautiful roof for me and did a great job cleaning up everything, he made sure there wasn't any nails or debris left in my yard. If your looking for a quality roof at a affordable price this is your guy.
Brandon the owner is amazing. He went above and beyond than expected. He come twice in one day & made me very happy as a first time customer. I definitely recommend him and his crew. I contacted him the night before and he come out first thing in the am the next morning. His prices are awesome. 👏 if you need ANY work i definitely recommend Brandon to get the job done.
Awesome company! I greatly appreciate Brandon and him explaining the who, what, when, where, why's and how. He took the time to explain so I could understand what was going on with my home. Crew was great, clean up after themselves and did an amazing job. Thank you!
Super happy with the repair work on the chimney. They were in time, gave fair pricing, were friendly & courteous helping my senior family member get the job done. I will be calling them to perform more work in the future.
Brandon and crew are fantastic. They are timely and super great to work with. Impeccable work. Budget friendly. Honest. We will be calling them again and referring them to others.
This company came to my place of employment to fix gutters. Not only were they professional. They were clean and did the job more than perfectly. I would highly recommend them to do any of my maintenance work. We will be using them again not only at my facility, but our other facilities.
5 star amazing company. Honest dependable and awesome craftsmanship
Great family, doing great work! Prices are very affordable and quality is amazing!
As a Real Estate Broker it is tough to find a company that can handle the variety of work that my listings and clients need. Brandon and Precision have been able to do all of the types of work I have sent them quickly and for fair prices. I even have them working on another home for me today!
Brandon, Amanda, and their team were absolutely wonderful. Very, very, very pleased . Communication was excellent. Very professional. Highly, highly recommend them. I am so pleased with my new roof.
We had a raccoon get on our roof and cause damage and create a hole within a matter of hours. Brandon came out to give us a quote and came the next day and got the job done quickly. Not only was his quote the most affordable by far but the work was well done. He also helped us out with a couple of other quick fixes which we really appreciated. Saved his card because we will definitely reach out the next time something needs fixing up.
Brandon is the best!!!!
After a ton of quotes for a new roof, we decided to use Precision Remodeling and they went above and beyond! The owner is a great guy and very informative. I highly recommend. They did a great job, roof looks great!
We hired Precision Remodeling and Property maintenance to take care of our chimney and our roof. Both jobs were done well and I will be happy to look to them in the future! Definitely contact them if youre looking for quality work.
We had Precision Remodeling out to do redo the roof on our house and garage, put new gutters on and they even blew insulation into our attic. Brandon and his crew did a great job. They arrived right on time, started working (And they were hard workers!!) immediately and finished the job the same day. They also did an excellent job cleaning up. I was warned by friends that have had new roofs put on that I would be finding nails everywhere for a very long time. I think I found a total of 2 and that was probably after it rained and they washed out of the gutters. I have dogs so I am very grateful for the thorough clean-up! We've had a few big storms since then and I'm happy to report that there has been no more leaking and everything is secure and dry. Brandon supplied us with a large choice of shingles to choose from and I feel the price was fair. Any questions I had, I was able to call or text them to get a quick response.
Thank you
Was so happy to have these guys work on my roof! 🙌🏿 My repair probably took one hour or less, because of the wonderful TEAM they have at this company! They also cleaned my gutters, and replaced some of my shingles (Which I didn't know I needed)! The service was super affordable. I will ABSOLUTELY be shopping again! Thank you so much Brandon! 🏡
Thank a million to the guys of precision for coming out to do my whole roof and gutters today. In one day no less. I’m so impressed with the quality of the the work and the friendliness of the people he has in crew. We had quite a school transportation issue and the roofing company was very understanding, considerate and extra helpful to let her call me and make sure she was safe and comfortable within the process. I could not reccomend this team highly enough. Extra thanks to everyone who helped on the job today & with my child. I am very thankful for the quick, and seamless easy job it seems you guys did today even though I garentee it was a long one. Roof gutters & everything looks so amazing. Thank thanks!!
Had precision come out and do my roof and the crew went above and beyond wasn’t really sure what direction to go in color wise and left it in Brandon’s hands and it turned out great. So when it came down to doing our rental we went ahead and gave him a call he came out promptly had us an estimate within 24 hours for our roof trim and gutters. Price was right and worked in a few other things we need to finsh this project with out a issue. Was very knowledgeable and walked us through some questions we had on finshing up some other projects. Definitely like to say thanks again to Brandon and crew for a job well done and look forward to working with them on the next one
We have used Brandon for years on our investment properties and also our personal properties. Great job and reasonable prices. Whenever anyone asks if I know a roofer I always give them Brandon's number.
